A75 Springholm and Crocketford Improvements
Welcome to the Virtual Exhibition for the A75 Springholm and Crocketford Improvements.


Transport Scotland is progressing initial design development and assessment work to consider bypasses for the settlements of Springholm and Crocketford on the A75. We are holding public exhibitions to provide members of the public and other stakeholders with an update on the initial design and assessment process.


The exhibition will present the findings of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) Stage 1 Assessment, the improvement strategies identified and the early development of route options as part of the ongoing DMRB Stage 2 Assessment. We are seeking your feedback to help inform the ongoing development and assessment of proposals.


In-Person Public Exhibitions will be taking place at Crocketford Village Hall on 22 September between 12 noon and 7pm, 23 September between 12 noon and 5pm and at Springholm Memorial Hall on 23 September between 5pm and 7pm.
